I think it is good weather for 2 year olds and their desire to jump in puddles...

At least the wine won't get too hot on the ride up!!! And the chocolates won't melt.

Not much room left??? Hope there is space for my boxes?? and the sewing machine. And my tiny bag full of clothes.
I have about 10 times more scrap stuff than clothes... We have to take our own bedding too don't we? Or are you staying in the hotel???

Well we are both back safe and sound. I spent allllll Friday night throwing up and sitting on the Loo. Sick as a dog. Spent most of Saturady curled up in bed feeling sorry for myself. Showed my face for about 2 hours Saturday arvo then back to the room to scrap in private and feel sorry for myself while everyone else went out to tea and drank.
Kris did a lovely job helping me out and driving us safely there and back.
Thanks Kris!!
I did manage 11 LO's in the end. So I was happy enough with that.

I hope you've left your bug with Bruce, and are feeling much better now Arby. What a rotten thing to happen on a scrap retreat - and not able to have dinner and drinks! WOW! 11 layouts though. That's puts my 2 (almost 3) layouts over the weekend to shame. And I thought I was speed-scrapping. How did you go Kris? Did you keep up with Powerscrap-Arby? Looking forward to seeing pics and layouts. Buzzy x

Morning ladies,

Didn't get a chance to pop in yesterday arvo to say Hi... I was pretty buggered after the drive home and also wanted to catch up with boys.. Was so great to see them...

I had an awesome time at camp... Met lots of great people, had many laughs and LOTS of drinks... started saturday morning drinking at about 11.15am and just kept going... ha ha ha!!( have a photo to prove it. will post it later..ha ha ha)
I finished about 8 pages of scrapping and I'm really happy with what i did. - learnt heaps of new techniques which i tried on a few of my pages. I did a class on the Saturday afternoon. which was good fun, and it also took me out of my comfort zone, because it was a very PINK page and for those of you who know me, I don't do PINK!! .. ha ha ha
Went out for dinner saturday night and then spent the rest of the evening scrapping..
More scrapping sunday morning, and they Arby and I headed off after lunch to come home!!
It was unfortunate that Arby was a bit sick on Friday night and saturday, but she came good on Sunday and was looking much better!!
But , as I said, Had a ball, lots of fun and will def. do another camp again - If they'll have me.... ha ha ha Drunken Skunk!!!!
Well I better go, back into normal life, kids, washing , cleaning etc...

Have a great day and I'll pop in later, for a chat..

Hey Buzzy I forgot to tell you, " That Bruce (rock) , he's VERY BIG...ha ha ha!!!"

Hmmm, well Kris, I can see that you must have given ol' Brucie a good going over LOL. Great that you had some fun, got a lot of scrapping done and enjoyed it all. I'm sure things were not as boozy for those of us on the forum. I think another on-line booze-bash is required sooner rather than later. Laughing
