The Scrapping Olympics sound GREAT... because I'll admit I do get a little sick of nothing but sport on TV for the duration... don't get me wrong I do like to watch a bit... (especially the men's gymnastics LOL ) but I'd rather be scrapping... so funny about the medals being awarded... my sister was looking through my albums the other day and I was pointing out LOs that I had won something for or got published (excuse me and my bragging!!! ) and she said, "You should have little rosettes for the pages you won with." She shows horses and when she wins (and she is pretty good actually) the award is usually a rosette, a medal or a sash & garland and a horse rug or something like that... I'll have to tell her someone beat me to it! LOL

Yeah I know what you mean, I feel that being published or winning major comps is a big thing in the scrapbooking world...lol. I feel it sucks that in the end theres really nothing that signifies the win or accomplishment so...I have decided to do that and I am thinking of doing this every year so there's always going to be a chance for some-one new or another chance that could be won.....
And yes my sister in-law Jodi (scrappingjo) is the one who came up with the name...lol Very clever little lady she is....
