Hi ladies the second last event is here and I hope you all like experimenting because this is a different one....he he he....
Sixth Task:-Material
Requirements:-
Single or Double lay-out
Must use any type of Material
As an embellishment or part of the back ground....
Can't be lace or Mesh
And you must incorporate pearls

oh my what a great layout this is...
when you say material.. you mean fabric dont you??
just as well i have some stuff left from my quilting days..
i know i won't win, the young girls are soo much more creative than i, but i shall see what i can come up with...

lizzy what are you talking about, your layouts are great. its got nothing to do with age. i might give this one a try once i get this other challenge i am doing, out of the way. oh tina is that black ribbon that you have twisted along the bottom of the LO? you also did it on your innocent LO.

Hey ladies....Lizzy yes any type of fabrice except for Lace....and thank you all for your lovely comments....Kirsten those are feather stalks that I got from spotlight they have a huge range of types of feathers and colours...lots of fun....

Well my LO is up! I had to get in and get this one done quickly as I have to take my dad to Toowoomba for a hip replacement op tomorrow. And I wanted to make sure I got my challenge done first. Got to have my priorities right (LOL). Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with for their LO.

thank you everyone! The recovery will be a long process - as Dad is off a cattle property and practically lives on a horse. And he is not allowed to ride for 3 months. I told him he will have to take up knitting!

Kerrilyn - is your dad going to st vinnies hospital? My DH runs the ward that deals with that type of stuff.
Just about to make a start on this challenge. i wish i knew how to knit, i have the perfect photo that needs something knitted on teh page. might have to get mum to do it
