ANY GOOD QLD SCRAPPERS?

Does anyone know if there are any good scrapbookers/scrapbook teachers in North Queensland (Townsville)? I have decided that one of my new years resolutions will be to learn as many new techniques of Scrapbooking because I would love to be good enough to submit my work by the end of next year. I would love to learn off somebody like Tina or Anthea.... but you all live down in stupid NSW!! Any Queenslanders that you guys know of????

I am self taught and have never been to a class... Well except on that retreat and it is not my thing. There are lots of online classes you could do if you are having trouble finding a teacher. Or if we speak nice one of the very talented scrapppers on here might agree to run a class with Tina's permission!!! Or maybe even Tina?!?!?!

heya ladies Crystal...i could up-load on of the online classes i have done with scrappy days if you like...i too am self taught...never been to a class...all i did was look very closely at particular pieces or embellishments in mags and figure out how they were done then practice practice practice.....after i had learnt a variety of techs started looking at designs of lay-outs and the way that people worked with photo's and went from there...now i can look at a photo and depending on colour and size or theme can pick the best way to display it...sometimes...lol

that sounds like a great idea, id be in to take a class and teach a class always up for some new inspiration
