I have finally cracked All 3!

Well, I'm yet to have anyone or any mag have a fight over ...um....who wants me first! But CP want my SM-rejected heritage LO of my hubby aged 3 and his Mum from the early 50s for issue 79 (6 months away!). Yay! And the photo has my MIL holding the pitchfork and the huge mound of hay behind her - classic pic! xo

Oh Congrats Arby, that's awesome news, so have you decided which mag is getting it yet, (I'd be going for the one that pays best, LOL)

My first LO with For Keeps was suppose to be the issue that they changed over so I was pretty pissed that I never saw it in print, but saying that I had two picked up with them the other day, so YAY, also had a few picked up with Creating Keepsakes too.


And girls I'm in SC 66 too. YAY!!!!!!!!

Yah Nic!! yah Buzzy!! I got another LO accepted by CP yesterday too. I like how they don't dismiss you straight off the bat and keep stuff on file for later use! On another topic. SBM REJECTED the thing that both the other mags want.... Well SBM were never going to get it anyway. Even if the other mags picked it up. I was going to email them back and say oh no sorry not avainlable anymore. Dman I won't have the satisfaction of telling them no!!!

I sub to CP and SC now more than SM..... I am very unimpressed with SM lately. I have sent a few to CK but never had any bites from them...

I found CK hard to crack. Really trying to get into the American side of CK and also Scrapbooks Etc. Have had things in a UK mag called Scrapbook Magazine. So I'm going international, LOL.

I have a friend who has been published only once so far and it was with CK... I have never thought of international mags how do you sub to them???

Hiya Nic and Arby, and woohooooo all in SC66 together! And congrats Arby on getting another CP one picked up! And congrats to you Nic for both CP AND CK! Way to go!

As for the $$, CP pay $30 for a single LO but I don't remember how much for a double. OTPs are usually discretionary and will depend on the size of the project, products and amount of work involved. I've never subbed an OTP with them (or a double yet) so don't know what they'd offer. Casey and Nadia at CP have been lovely to deal with though. (And I've always found SM fab to deal with too via email or the phone!)

I've only ever subbed one to CK which was rejected, but they seem to like a slightly different style to the Aus mags. I would imagine looking up an overseas mag website would be the way to go, or buying one of their mags and follow any links offered. Is that what you did Nic?

and a little hehehehe here too, CP accepted my Master's Plane. It's the only thing that I have subbed, Luke was very disappointed that we didn't get into the mag.

YIPPEEEEEE So glad that they took it. At least they know real scrapping when they see it. Tina you should sub your stuff to the other mags too!!

Congrats Nic at getting your Master's Plane accepted. I can so understand Luke being disappointed about not getting into the Master's mag.
