What gets your goat??
Thought I would start a thread for all those silly things that annoy you.. Hope it is OK Tina! If not then can you take it off for me please.
As some of you know it is raining pretty good here in Perth ATM... Well our shire in their wisdom is still driving around in the truck that waters the trees, Watering the trees......
How dumb can they be. If we were watering on a day like today people would think we were wasting water. But the Shire thinks it's OK to do it!!

Oh that is pretty stupid what an absolute waste of water.....trees need the littlest amount of water once they are grown....and they get that from the rain....I can imagine how that would annoy any-one seeing that...
P.S Your sweet with this thread.....great idea to be able to vent.....
Have to think about what annoy's me though....lol.

Re: What gets your goat??
TAILGATERS! Sorry, I know it's been said a thousand trillion times.
My DD had attended a funeral today and I was picking her up from the Crematorium (and your thoughts are on loved ones lost and being a 'safe' driver on the way home etc). We were on the limit at about 80-85 kph on the parkway and this idiot in his Leopard Tank 4WD sits about 1.5 metres behind me for about 7 klm on a one lane stretch - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I swear I could see the hairs up his nostrils he was that close. I seem to cop the worst of the tailgaters nearly every time I drive...

I remember when they were doing the highway in Perth, the south one, and it had big water tanks there and some big writing on the side about saving water or something (cant remember) yet they were leaking every time we drove past!
Slow drivers! I got stuck behind someone doing 40 in a 60 zone for about 5 minutes!
People who walk out in front of you, or stop all of a sudden (but I have been guilty of this one myself)
People saying they will do something, or be somewhere and having to rearange stuff, only for them to not turn up or not do what they said they were going to do

ok this might sound a bit racist or something but before I begin I come from a nonenglish speaking background...but my pet grief would have to be ringing "Optus" for instance for a internet query only to be speaking to someone in another country and not only do you have to deal with bad lines but bad english what is it with that is our labour so expensive that this has to happen it sucks
