Summer around the corner

yeah it feels great to be able to look at yourself in the mirror and think i look better and feel better health wise...you know something Lali you were right since i have been going to the gym...which has been every day so far...i have noticed that i don't want ciggi's any-more so i am going to go and buy that book today....wooohoo...

Well i bought the book ....plus another one that i have been waiting for for years...so almost finished reading it...then onto the "book"....lol

Well weighed myself yesterday and i have reached the 70 mark...exactly 70.6....cheering....woohoo....that is 5 kilos in 6 weeks....absolutely cheering....
Just another 5 to go.....but i think i will have to work harder to loose this lot because my body is now used to the excersise....so will just have to keep pushing myself.....lol

Way to go Tina that is amazing keep up the good work girl.

Didn't do as much exercise this week plus had a party on the weekend end didn't have any cake but they had some yummy food so this week crack down if I want to get as close to 70 as possible by my anniversary which is the 13th

Well I have officially reached 69....and now just 4 more until i reach my goal by x-mas...so cheering...how are all you ladies going with this hope well.......

Congrats Tina and others on your progress here. I've been losing lots of NEGATIVE amounts LOLOL and we all know what a double negative means....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Must get back on the wagon....but maybe AFTER Xmas LOL. This thread just might get me motivated again.

Lali I know hwat you mean I actually went down to 68 then over the space of two weeks went back up to 70....have been there for about two weeks....the instructor at the gym said that you times like that because muscle is heavier than fat....so once you start the conversion of the fat to muscle your weight starts to fluctuate....and also once you lose a certain amount it gets harder to continue to lose more...so he reckons to keep pushing yourself, keep doing that little bit extra...obviously with out over excerting your self of course....but yeah hope that helps...

HI girls, my due date is 14th Dec, After i had Adidson i did the tony Ferguson diet, boy it was hard at first but you get use to it, my husband did it too and even though he cheated heaps he still lost heaps of weight, dont you hate that, kept at it girls, ill be joining you soon
